Who is responsible for your data

The owner of Tascue. Contact: support@tascue.app.

What we keep and why

• Your email and password hash — to sign you in.
• Projects, tasks and settings — to run the service.
• Support requests — to reply.
• Technical logs with IP addresses — to protect against failures and attacks.
• Statistics: which pages are opened and what is done in the app — to improve Tascue. We count it ourselves, without outside services, and don’t record task text.

Legal basis: contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); for logs and statistics, legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who we share it with

Only with contractors the service can’t work without: hosting, email delivery, support chat, speech recognition and a language model for dictation. Some of them are in the US; transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

As long as you have an account. After you delete your account, we erase your data within 30 days. Logs and dictation transcripts are kept for up to 30 days. Statistics are kept for 1 year.

Cookies

For signing in, the interface language and visit statistics. You can block the statistics cookie in your browser and the site keeps working. There are no third-party or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can get a copy of your data, correct it, delete your account or object to processing. Write to support@tascue.app from your account email and we’ll sort it out. You also have the right to contact a data protection authority.

Changes

We’ll email you about significant changes.
